PC STATION LB

Last Updated: September 23, 2026

At PC STATION LB, our goal is to keep every sale clear and straightforward.

Product condition, warranty period, included items, specifications, and any special terms may vary from one product to another. The information stated on the product page, quotation, order confirmation, or invoice is considered part of the sale.

1. Proof of Purchase

A PC STATION LB invoice, receipt, order confirmation, or another verifiable proof of purchase may be required for any warranty, return, exchange, or refund request.

Where applicable, the product serial number must match our records.

Products with a removed, modified, damaged, replaced, or unreadable serial number may be refused for warranty processing.

2. Product Condition

Products sold by PC STATION LB may be listed as:

Brand New
A new product sold in the condition described at the time of purchase.

Open Box
A product whose packaging may have been opened and which may have been inspected, displayed, tested, or handled before sale.

Used
A previously owned or previously used product sold according to its stated condition.

For Open Box and Used products, cosmetic condition, packaging, accessories, and included items may vary.

The condition stated at the time of sale is the condition agreed upon for that product.

3. Warranty Period

Brand New

The applicable warranty period will be stated on the product page, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.

Depending on the product, warranty service may be handled by PC STATION LB, the distributor, or the manufacturer.

Open Box

Open Box products normally include a 7-Day PC STATION LB Shop Warranty, unless a different warranty period is clearly stated at the time of sale.

Used

Used products normally include a 3-Day PC STATION LB Shop Warranty, unless a different warranty period or testing arrangement is clearly stated at the time of sale.

The warranty period begins from the purchase or delivery date shown in our records.

4. What the Warranty Covers

Warranty applies to verified hardware faults that occur during normal use within the applicable warranty period.

A reported problem does not automatically mean that the product is defective.

The product may need to be inspected and tested before a warranty claim is approved.

Depending on the problem, PC STATION LB may:

  • Troubleshoot the product.
  • Test the product.
  • Repair the product.
  • Send it to the distributor or manufacturer.
  • Replace the defective item.
  • Offer another appropriate solution.

The available solution depends on the fault, product condition, stock availability, warranty source, and inspection results.

5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by improper use or external causes, including:

  • Physical damage, impact, cracks, or broken parts.
  • Liquid or moisture damage.
  • Burns, corrosion, or excessive heat.
  • Incorrect voltage or unstable electrical supply.
  • Power surges.
  • Incorrect, damaged, or unsuitable power supplies.
  • Incorrect installation.
  • Bent or broken CPU or motherboard pins.
  • CPU socket damage.
  • Incorrect cable connections.
  • Forced connectors or damaged ports.
  • Unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Product tampering.
  • Removed or altered serial numbers or labels.
  • Overvolting.
  • Improper overclocking.
  • Unsupported BIOS or firmware modifications.
  • Damage caused by incompatible equipment.
  • Damage caused by improper transportation or packaging by the customer.
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose.

Software issues, Windows problems, drivers, malware, passwords, user accounts, software licenses, game compatibility, and software configuration are not considered hardware defects unless specifically included as part of a paid service.

Normal cosmetic wear and normal deterioration from use are not considered hardware faults.

6. Customer Installation & DIY Builds

Customers purchasing individual PC components are responsible for correct installation and system compatibility unless installation is performed by PC STATION LB.

This includes selecting a suitable:

  • Motherboard.
  • Power supply.
  • Cooling solution.
  • Case.
  • BIOS version.
  • Cabling.
  • Supporting hardware.

Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered by the shop warranty.

If you are unsure about installation or compatibility, contact PC STATION LB before installing the product.

7. Remote & DIY Troubleshooting

Before asking the customer to return a product, PC STATION LB may suggest simple troubleshooting steps.

This may include:

  • Trying another cable or port.
  • Resetting a device.
  • Reinstalling a driver.
  • Checking a setting.
  • Testing the product in another compatible system.
  • Performing another simple and safe diagnostic step.

Customers are not required to open, dismantle, solder, modify, or perform risky repairs on a product as part of normal troubleshooting.

If simple troubleshooting does not solve the issue, the product may be returned for inspection.

8. DOA — Dead on Arrival

If a product appears to be defective immediately after purchase or delivery, please contact PC STATION LB as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours.

For delivered products, photos or videos of the product, packaging, and issue may be requested.

A DOA report does not automatically result in an immediate replacement or cash refund.

The product will normally be inspected first to confirm the issue.

9. Warranty Inspection

Products submitted for warranty may require diagnosis and testing.

Normal initial inspection usually takes approximately 1–5 business days.

Some cases may require additional time, especially when:

  • The problem is intermittent.
  • Additional testing is needed.
  • Replacement parts are required.
  • The item must be sent to a distributor.
  • The item must be sent to the manufacturer.

PC STATION LB will provide an update when there is a meaningful change in the warranty case.

10. Replacement Products

Replacement is not automatic before inspection.

If a confirmed defective item cannot reasonably be repaired, a replacement may be offered depending on product availability and the applicable warranty arrangement.

If the exact product is unavailable, PC STATION LB may discuss an appropriate alternative with the customer.

No upgrade or higher-value replacement is automatically included unless agreed upon.

11. Change of Mind

A change of mind is not considered a product defect.

For normal in-store purchases, there is no automatic cash refund simply because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong item, no longer needs the item, or prefers another product.

PC STATION LB may still approve an exchange depending on the product and its condition.

12. Sealed & Unused Products

A sealed, unused, complete, and undamaged product may be considered for exchange.

Approval depends on:

  • Product condition.
  • Original packaging.
  • Included accessories.
  • Seals.
  • Completeness.
  • Current resale condition.

Exchange approval is not automatic.

13. Opened but Non-Defective Products

An opened and non-defective product does not automatically qualify for exchange or refund.

PC STATION LB may choose to accept an exchange depending on the product's actual condition.

If an exchange is approved, the exchange value may depend on:

  • Product condition.
  • Packaging condition.
  • Missing packaging.
  • Included accessories.
  • Missing accessories.
  • Signs of installation.
  • Signs of use.
  • Cosmetic condition.
  • Current resale value.

There is no fixed deduction percentage.

The product will be evaluated according to its actual condition.

Products that can no longer reasonably be sold in their previous condition may be refused for a non-defective exchange.

14. Compatibility Returns

Before purchasing an individual component, customers should confirm that it is compatible with their system.

PC STATION LB is happy to assist with compatibility when accurate system information is provided.

If the customer provides incomplete or incorrect information, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

A fully functional product that is incompatible with the customer's existing equipment is not considered defective.

Any exchange in this situation is handled according to the condition of the returned product.

15. Custom Orders & Special Orders

Certain products that are specially sourced or reserved for a customer may require a 15% deposit.

The customer will be informed before paying the deposit.

Once the item has been:

  • Ordered specifically for the customer.
  • Reserved from available stock.
  • Opened specifically for the customer's order.
  • Prepared for a custom build.
  • Used as part of an assembly that has already started.

the deposit becomes non-refundable.

16. Custom-Built Gaming PCs

Customers should review and approve the important specifications of a custom PC before the build begins.

Once parts have been ordered, reserved, opened, or assembly has started, cancellation or component changes may involve additional costs.

The warranty of a custom PC may consist of separate warranty periods for individual components.

The invoice or quotation will be used to identify the components included in the build.

17. Order Confirmation

Customers are responsible for reviewing the important order details before confirmation, including:

  • Product model.
  • Specifications.
  • Quantity.
  • Condition.
  • Price.
  • Compatibility requirements.
  • Included accessories.
  • Warranty period where applicable.

Changes requested after an order has already been prepared, ordered, opened, or assembled may not always be possible.

18. Delivery

Delivery is available depending on location and availability.

Delivery fees are separate unless clearly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

  • Name.
  • Phone number.
  • Delivery location.
  • Order information.

PC STATION LB cannot guarantee a specific delivery time when a delay is caused by the delivery service, traffic, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

19. Used & Open Box Delivery

For Used and Open Box products, in-person inspection and testing before purchase is recommended whenever practical.

If the customer chooses delivery, PC STATION LB may document the product before dispatch.

Documentation may include:

  • Photos.
  • Video.
  • Cosmetic condition.
  • Serial number.
  • Included accessories.
  • Basic functionality testing.

Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as possible.

Visible delivery damage, missing items, or a product that appears non-functional on arrival should be reported preferably within 24 hours, together with clear photos or video where possible.

Pre-delivery photos or videos may be used to confirm the product's condition before dispatch.

20. Shipping Products Back for Inspection

Unless otherwise agreed by PC STATION LB, the customer is responsible for bringing or shipping the product back to us for inspection.

Products sent by delivery must be packaged safely.

PC STATION LB is not responsible for new damage caused by poor packaging or improper transportation arranged by the customer.

After processing, collection or return delivery will be arranged with the customer.

Delivery charges may apply.

21. Refunds

A refund is not considered approved until PC STATION LB confirms the approval.

Once a refund is approved, PC STATION LB normally processes it within 1–3 business days.

Banks, card providers, transfer services, or payment platforms may require additional time before the refunded amount appears.

That additional processing time is outside PC STATION LB's direct control.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practical.

22. Delivery Fees & Other Charges

Completed delivery fees are normally non-refundable once the delivery service has already been provided.

Third-party fees already paid for a completed service may also be excluded from a voluntary refund.

If an order problem was caused directly by PC STATION LB, the situation will be reviewed accordingly.

23. Packaging & Accessories

Customers should keep the product's packaging and accessories, especially during the initial warranty or exchange period.

For exchanges or non-defective returns, the condition and completeness of the following may affect approval or exchange value:

  • Original box.
  • Cables.
  • Adapters.
  • Manuals.
  • Accessories.
  • Stands.
  • Mounts.
  • Promotional items.
  • Other originally included parts.

For a hardware warranty claim, bring all accessories that may be related to the reported problem.

24. Data, Files & Storage Devices

Customers are responsible for backing up important files before submitting any device containing data.

This includes:

  • PCs.
  • Laptops.
  • SSDs.
  • HDDs.
  • USB storage.
  • Memory cards.
  • Other storage devices.

Diagnosis, repair, Windows installation, storage failure, replacement, or manufacturer service may result in data being lost.

Data preservation cannot be guaranteed.

Customers should remove confidential or sensitive files before submitting a device whenever possible.

25. Passwords & System Access

If testing requires access to Windows, BIOS, a device account, or another protected area, the customer may be asked to provide temporary access or be present during testing.

If access cannot be provided, some diagnostics may not be possible.

PC STATION LB will not request passwords that are unrelated to the required diagnostic work.

26. Manufacturer & Distributor Warranty

Some Brand New products are covered directly or indirectly by a distributor or manufacturer.

These cases may require:

  • Serial-number verification.
  • Diagnostic testing.
  • Photos or videos.
  • Original product information.
  • Distributor inspection.
  • Manufacturer approval.

PC STATION LB cannot promise the final decision or exact processing time of an external distributor or manufacturer before receiving their response.

27. Unauthorized Repairs & Modifications

If a product has an active PC STATION LB shop warranty, customers should contact us before allowing another person or shop to open, repair, modify, or dismantle it.

Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, tampering, or incorrect reassembly is not covered by the shop warranty.

28. False or Manipulated Warranty Claims

PC STATION LB may refuse a warranty, exchange, or refund request when inspection reasonably shows fraud, product substitution, tampering, deliberate damage, or another product being returned instead of the item originally sold.

Examples include:

  • Serial-number mismatch.
  • Swapped internal components.
  • Returning a different product.
  • Deliberately damaged hardware.
  • Concealing customer-caused damage.
  • Providing materially false information about the condition of the product.

Products received for inspection may be photographed or documented.

29. Final Product Assessment

Each warranty, exchange, and return request is evaluated using the available information, including:

  • Product condition.
  • Inspection and test results.
  • Serial number.
  • Purchase records.
  • Original product condition.
  • Reported issue.
  • Included accessories.
  • Photos or videos.
  • Warranty source.
  • Previous work performed on the product.

PC STATION LB may request additional information when needed to properly diagnose or evaluate a claim.
