Refund policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of purchase or delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fee applies.

All returned items must be brand new, unused, unopened, and in their original sealed box, with all accessories and packaging in perfect condition.

Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Final sale, clearance items, and software products are non-returnable.

If a product is defective upon arrival, customers must notify us within 24 hours with photos or video proof. Defective items will be handled according to manufacturer warranty terms.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by PCStationLB.
